One seat for pharmacy owner/manager day #1. Discover your pharmacy’s incremental profit potential, take a personal leadership assessment and practice your role to lead successful change in close collaboration with other owner/managers.

Clinical Boot Camp

Two seats for the 2-day clinical boot camp day #’s 2 & 3. If the owner is a pharmacist she or he can take one of the two pharmacist seats or send two staff clinicians. Participating clinicians develop and practice hard skills for improved patient medication management and prescription synchronization on their next day at work.
